Training at Tilsley Park on Wednesday 1 June : laps of the 2.33k circuit. Flexible options for those who raced on Monday, or who are about to race on Thursday or at the weekend : those not racing can go a little harder !
Racing at the weekend : Saturday has the annual Enfield League away day for a 5 mile race in Moulton, Suffolk. One of us is planning to do this, let me know if anyone else is interested. Sunday has the BMAF 10,000m Championship at Horspath. Some of us have entered for this. There is the prospect of more medals so I am sure they could do with cheering on !
A reminder, too, that entries for the Oxfordshire 3000m Championship, on the evening of Wednesday 15 June, close on 6 June. Let me know if you need an entry form.
