I’m away from Oxfordshire for work from Monday afternoon, so you will have to organise yourselves!
Training at Tilsley Park on Monday 7 November : as a number of people will have done Sunday’s cross-country, I suggest easyish drills, like these for example, and technical repetitions on the track.
Training at Tilsley Park on Wednesday 9th : I suggest threshold training on the 2.33k circuit, 2-4 laps as you wish – but a maximum of 3 for anyone who’s racing at the weekend.
