Area Coach Mentor – Endurance

I am in process of finding out whether this is suitable for walkers as well as runners. (At the very worst, I would hope we could do our own training session.) Dave Sunderland is one of the country’s top endurance coaches and whatever he says on designing training plans will apply to walkers just as well as runners, so his talk will be the highlight of the day. Who would be interested in attending this ? MK track is about an hour and a quarter’s drive from Oxford. There is a Bexley League race the same day, and the Molly Barnett 10k in Coventry the day after.
Here. Quite a bit of sad news, but also something from a source that never fails to amuse.
Here. Info on Saturday’s race.
Never mind what the coaches tell you to do . . . what do the top walkers ACTUALLY do ? A video lecture posted on Facebook by Andi Drake . . . let me know if you can’t view it http://ucoach.com/video/brian-hanley-kinematics-of-elite-race-walking-part-1/
