Week Commencing 2 September 2013

Training on Monday 2 September : easy 10k-ish for those returning to training. 800s/1000s on Copenhagen Drive for those preparing for competition.

Training on Wednesday 4th : warmup, flexibility, drills and a short pyramid session on the track.

Beginners’ sessions, track sessions and easy options also available for anyone who wants one.

Training at the weekend : those not racing should do a distance session. Anyone want to suggest anything ?

Racing at the weekend : the Jim Sharlott 10k, including the BMAF 10k championships, at Abbey Park, Leicester, at 11:00 on Sunday. Details here. Enter by Tuesday if you want to be eligible for the handicap prize. It seems this year, only members of a BMAF Area organisation may enter the BMAF Championship.

Also a 2000m track race at Tipton on the same day.
