Training at the weekend : if not racing, we should do a daylight distance session. Anyone want to suggest anything ?
Racing at the weekend : The Molly Barnet races at Coventry on Saturday – a 5k for women and juniors, and a 10k for men and women. 5k starts at 1:50, 10k at 2:25.
