Training this week : Monday : on the track (so the normal track charge)  – warmups, drills, 100m and 200m sprints, warmdown.  Wednesday : 10k-ish fartlek. Weekend : if not racing, a distance session. Any suggestions ?

Racing at the weekend : on Sunday, the London Walks at Hillingdon, with 5k and 10k options for seniors at 1 pm. Details here.
