Racing at the weekend : two options : on Saturday at 1 pm in Leicester, the 10k L.T. Norton walk. and on Sunday at 2pm in Croydon, a 7 mile race organised by Surrey Walking Club.

Training during the week :  on  Monday, an easy session after the weekend’s exertions. On Wednesday, track session with warmups, drills and 200m intervals.

Training at the weekend : if fit and not racing, could do a distance session. Any suggestions ?

Racing at the weekend : on Saturday at 1 pm at Lee Valley, a 5 mile Yacht Handicap in the Enfield League series. Details in the latest Enfield Walker – to calculate the handicaps, Ron would like notification of entries in advance. On Sunday at Stourport Sports Club, the first event in the 2016 Midland Winter League, with a 5k race at 1 pm and a 10k at 2:45. Details here.
