Training during the week : on Monday, 10k-ish steady. On Wednesday, track session with warmups, drills, intervals, and warmdown. Normal track fee applies.
Training at the weekend : if not racing, should do a distance session. Any suggestions ?
Racing at the weekend : the only race on the mainland is the Hillingdon 10k, at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit at 1 pm on Saturday. Part of the Enfield League series.
