Training during the week : on Monday, 10k-ish fartlek, plus beginners sessions on the track if required.On Wednesday, track session for everybody with warmups, drills and short sprints. Normal track fee applies.
Training at the weekend : if not racing, should do a distance session. Any suggestions ?
Racing at the weekend : A busy weekend! On Saturday and Sunday, the BMAF Track and Field Championships with 3000m and 5000m races respectively. On Sunday, the national 20k Championships in Leeds, with a 9:30 am start.
