Training during the week : on Monday, 10k-ish, fartlek or recovery. On Wednesday, threshold session on laps of the estate. Plus beginners sessions on the track if required.

Racing during the week : On Wednesday at 7.30 pm, a 5000m race at Tonbridge, Kent, organised by Surrey Walking Club.
