Training during the week : on Monday, track session, with warmups, drills, sprints and warmdown. Normal track fee will apply, session may change if the weather is bad. On Wednesday, threshold session on laps of the estate, don’t forget high-viz clothing.
Training at the weekend : if not racing, should do a daylight distance session. Any suggestions ?
