Training this week : on Monday, easy or fartlek session up to 10/11k. On Wednesday : hoping to go on the track, for agility/balance/co-ordination, drills and sprints. Agility/Balance/Co-ordination will require an exercise mat and warm clothing. But at the moment the weather forecast isn’t great for Wednesday, so come equipped for road work (i.e. hi-viz clothing) on both days.

Training at the weekend : Should do a distance session if possible. Any suggestions?

Racing at the weekend : Doesn’t seem to be any.
