Race Walk Training Camps, Leeds, February
This year there are two February training camps in Leeds, to take account of differing half-term dates. One of them takes in the British Indoor Championships in Sheffield. Full details here.

Training during the week : on Monday, threshold session on laps of the estate.On Wednesday, 10k-ish fartlek.
Plus beginners / track sessions available as required – usual track fee applies.
Training at the weekend : should do a distance session. Any suggestions ?

London Open Walks / Southern Championships, Sunday 5 February
Details here. At Hillingdon again. Still officially 10k for men, 5k for women, plus junior races, but racers in the 5k are permitted to carry on to 10. This year, this race incorporates the RWA Southern Championships for 10k and for the standard distances for juniors.
