Training this week : on Monday, 10k-ish easy after yesterday’s racing, or fartlek. On Wednesday, on track for warmup, flexibility, agility / balance / co-ordination, drills, and sprints. But maybe something else if the weather’s bad. Usual track fee will apply. No props needed for agility / balance / co-ordination work. On Friday / Saturday, should do a daylight distance session. Anyone want to suggest anything ?

Racing at the weekend : No walking races within reasonable travelling distance. But there’s the Oxfordshire Cross Country League fixture at Cirencester!
